Mmmmmm. That looks phenominal. I love stuffed portabellas, or even just plain portabellas. I love how meaty and rich they are for so few calories.

On an unrelated note, do you have a wine refrigerator? I've been wanting to get one since I returned from CA since my condo is rarely a consistent temperature (and never one that is right for wine) but they seem to get such bad reviews on amazon.

Oh, I love stuffed mushrooms though last time I tried to make them I spent a small fortune on the shrooms. These look delicious!
